Speed & Agility
Our Process:
We will start with a needs analysis of your sport and position.
We will test your sprint speed using timing gates over 30m distance to create your Sprint Profile which will identify your strengths and weaknesses.
We will simultaneously use camera to analyse your current sprinting technique to be able to identify key areas of improvement.
We will also test your agility using timing gates and multiple change of direction tests.
