SpeedAcademy Online System

Skill Development.

Speed is a skill and like any other sporting skill it requires specific drills to improve and master it. The program will consist of some specific technical drills to develop acceleration as well as top speed postures and technique.

Increase Your Acceleration, Top Speed and Change of Direction Speed.

Gradually develop your maximum speed and acceleration while increasing your ability to run repeatedly at sub-maximal speeds.

As the competence increases, we will challenge you with the types of movement specific to your sport. This includes change of direction ability, curvilinear running and so on.

Strength & Power Development

Supplement your speed and agility training with simple bodyweight or more complex gym based strength and power exercises to develop maximal strength and power for sports performance.

Athlete Habit Development & Tracking
